Understanding the Culture, Superstition, Insulting Others' Beliefs

How To Change Your Mind? By Sandeep Maheshwari | Hindi
What is not universal (scientifically proved, proved from authentic resources), is superstition. We, the human beings, [have the great privilege, brain (consciousness)]. The challenge is, how we use it. But in most of the cases, we don't use it; and we start and keep on following the environment (surroundings). Our innocent, small, ignorant choices continue to pile up as habit, which is very dangerous.
Superstition is the most dangerous thing in this world. It's like a marshland, muddy / slippery land (daldal). Knowledge backed by scientific research (proved from authentic resources) provides solid ground. Thoughts, based on baseless superstitions can never give us positive outcome.
Thinking based on reality can save us from overthinking (thought disorder).
Our thoughts based on superstitions are just like traffic jam. All around, everywhere, the whole environment is full of superstitions. As a result, it looks like normal.
Small wins accumulate to big success. Right understanding is permanent solution. We follow our understanding / surroundings as belief. It becomes a trap.
All religions talk about one reality at some deep level. Right understanding of that reality gives true peace of mind.
Life is full of imperfections. You have to accept it especially after marriage.

Poisoned Society

Why sons of Bahadar Shah Zafar were killed in front of his eyes.
Importance of waking up early. Lunch time for British and breakfast time for kings' palace was same in Delhi. Poetry sessions last until morning. More than 2000 princes have low profile activities. Lal fort symbol of disaster. Some wake up at 3 pm.

Al-Hadid (Iron) 57:23
[Know this,] so that you may not despair over whatever [good] you failed to get nor exult [unduly] over whatever [good] has come to you: for, God does not love any of those who, out of self-conceit, act in a boastful manner.

Al-Imran (The Family of Imran) 3:153
[Remember the time] when you fled, paying no heed to anyone, while at your rear the Apostle was calling out to you - wherefore He requited you with woe in return for [the Apostle's] woe, so that you should not grieve [merely] over what had escaped you, nor over what had befallen you: for God is aware of all that you do.

Al-Baqara (The Cow) 2:216
Fighting is ordained for you, even though it be hateful to you; but it may well be that you hate a thing the while it is good for you, and it may well be that you love a thing the while it is bad for you: and God knows, whereas you do not know.

An-Nisa (The Women) 4:19
O you who have attained to faith! It is not lawful for you to [try to] become heirs to your wives [by holding onto them] against their will; and neither shall you keep them under constraint with a view to taking away anything of what you may have given them, unless it be that they have become guilty, in an obvious manner, of immoral conduct. And consort with your wives in a goodly manner; for if you dislike them, it may well be that you dislike something which God might yet make a source of abundant good.

Fussilat (Explained in Detail) 41:30
[But,] behold, as for those who say, “Our Sustainer is God,” and then steadfastly pursue the right way - upon them do angels often descend, [saying:] “Fear not and grieve not but receive the glad tiding of that paradise which has been promised to you!

Al-Ahqaf (The Curved Sandhills) 46:13
for, behold, all who say, “Our Sustainer is God”, and thereafter stand firm [in their faith] - no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve.

Al-Imran (The Family of Imran) 3:139
Be not, then, faint of heart, and grieve not: for you are bound to rise high if you are [truly] believers.

I saw, this sign board on one Cannabis shop.
A friend with weed is a friend indeed.
And I'm noticing no sensitivity about it in Toronto and Canada.

I was remembering Al-Jumu'ah (Friday) 62:5 The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books]. Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah . And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.

Al-A'raf (The Heights) 7:179 And We have certainly created for Hell many of the jinn and mankind. They have hearts with which they do not understand, they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear. Those are like livestock; rather, they are more astray. It is they who are the heedless.
Al-Furqan (The Criterion) 25:44 Or do you think that most of them hear or reason? They are not except like livestock. Rather, they are [even] more astray in [their] way.

Zainabic Act
Those who died committed a Husaynic act.
Those who remain must perform a Zainabic act.
Otherwise, they are Yazids. "Dr Ali Shariati"

Merit of Scholar
Imam al-`Aaskari (AS), in his description of evil scholars, said, ‘They cause more harm to the weak ones from among our shi`aa than the army of Yazid did to Husayn b. Ali (AS) and his companions, for they snatched away (grab, seize, steal) their lives and their property, whereas these evil scholars … enter doubt and obscurity (ambiguity) into the weak ones from among our shi`aa and lead them astray (wandering).’

This is saying of Imam Hussain (AS).
Imam Hussain (AS) has said, “Whoever seeks the satisfaction of people through disobedience of God; Then God subjects him to people”.
“O Lord what has he lost who has gained You, and what has he gained who has lost You!”
Imam Hussein AS announced: “Don’t you see that Truth has been replaced by falsehood. We must be prepared to sacrifice everything that is precious in support of Truth!”
Truth is the ‘essence’ of Islam and fortifies the values emphasized in the Holy Qur’an.
Hazrat Ali Akbar asked his father Imam Hussein AS: Are we not supporting the Truth?”. Imam AS replied in the affirmative.
Hazrat Ali Akbar said: “then, it makes no difference if death comes to us or if we approach death.”

Al-Hadid (Iron) 57:23
Especially our culture acts opposite to this verse of Holy Quran. We multiply our happy moments. We get together with our hearts full of jealousy.
Same way, we multiply our sad moments.
Hath Be-Zor Hain, Ilhaad Se Dil Khoo-Gar Hain
Ummati Baais-e-Ruswai-e-Paighamber (S.A.W) Hain

Apostate hearts and palsied hands Your earthly lives debase,
You all, to your great Prophet (PBUH), are Bringers of deep disgrace
Nikl Kar Khanqahon Se Ada Kar Rasm-E-Shabeeri
Ke Faqr-E-Khanqahi Hai Faqat Andoh-O-Dilgeeri

Come out of the monastery and play the role of Shabbir,
for monastery’s faqr is but grief and affliction.
Tere Deen-O-Adab Se Aa Rahi Hai Boo’ay Ruhbani
Ye Hai Marne Wali Ummaton Ka Alam-E-Peeri

Thy religion and literature both smell of renunciation:
symbol of old age of dying nations.

Education is like oxygen (should not be chained with money).

85 Percent of all Diseases (due to lack of Communication Skills)
The American Medical Association (AMA) states 80 percent of all health problems are stress related, and even the conservative Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has stated that 85 percent of all diseases appear to have an emotional element.

One Percent of One Percent: 99% of the population is afraid of public speaking, and of the remaining 1%, 99% of them have nothing original and interesting to say.

Al-An'am (The Cattle) 6:108
And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge. Thus, We have made pleasing to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them about what they used to do.

An-Najm (The Star) 53:23
They are not but [mere] names you have named them - you and your forefathers - for which Allah has sent down no authority. They follow not except assumption and what [their] souls desire, and there has already come to them from their Lord guidance.
