Zen of Kai: Change is Now. HJ 😎 [Kaizen]
Keep on improving continuously. Take advice from stakeholders. Avoid excuses, focus on solution. Waiting is wasting. Never wait for big change. Start from small changes. Highlight hidden mistakes for you, for management for improvement. These become hidden bugs and slow down the process.
Use Active Review System: It's very easy. Start looking into two points every day. Today, what I did the best. Tomorrow, what can I do better.
Use of Alarm. Don't make change stressful. What is stressful, is not KAIZEN. Just maintain your routine.
One Small Step Can Change Your Life:
Jack Stubb (Rheumatoid Arthritis patient): Doctors advised him not to move at all. He started exercise from 20 seconds. Then started going gym, only chatting with people in gym. Then started standing up on treadmill. At the age of 70, he won championship medal in his age group.
