Past, Present, Future; The past is like using your rear-view mirror
PPF Past Present Future: Reality is that when we review our past and recall mistakes which we made and got punished as a result, we regret.
Those mistakes were learning milestones. Let's make our present and future free of silly mistakes. Maybe not 100% accurate but at least, let's try.
Creating own life is possible. Environment signals the gene. The end product from an experience in the environment is an emotion. So, when we begin to embrace an elevated emotion, we're beginning to signal the gene ahead of the environment. Elevated emotions mean teaching body feeling the future in the present moment.
Body counts these emotions as actual and real. It can't differentiate between feeling, thought or actual.
Hateful people continuously dig in your past and find / remind you hurting things. They use it for tempting you to retaliate. Let them live in your past because they have no future. Reality is, no one is perfect. [Whether it involves developing friendships, playing a sport, learning is enriched through error. Learning from mistakes is part of how we challenge ourselves to learn to do things differently. It motivates us to try new, innovative approaches to problem-solving.] Let them stink (having a strong unpleasant smell) in your past. Don't allow them to play with your peace of mind [future successes].
Don’t cry over the past, it’s gone. Don’t stress about the future, it hasn’t arrived. Live in the present and make it beautiful.
Don't cry over spilled milk. It means don't worry or be upset about things that have already happened or cannot be changed. It warns people to focus on the future and not dwell on the past.
The past is like using your rear-view mirror, it’s good to look back and glance at how far you’ve come, but if you stare too long, you won’t see what lies in front of you.
This is what the rear-view mirror can teach you about living an awesome life
Muniba Mazari: “You are the hero of your own life story; and Heroes never give up.”
“I could not find a hero in my life, so I became one.”
