Teamwork in Business

Most often, when our people arrive in Canada, they seek employment opportunities. Only a few ventured into starting their own businesses. Both options come with their own set of limitations and risks. Finding a job isn't always easy, and starting a business carries its own risks.
Then there's the option of becoming a taxi or Uber driver, which may initially appear to be a low-risk profession. However, it eventually presents significant challenges, as driving for 12-14 hours a day is far from a comfortable endeavor.
Please help me in developing a concept where newcomers to Canada, as soon as they step out of the airport, can have the confidence that with their time and effort, they can secure a reasonable living."

Many people have left Canada and returned to their home countries due to family circumstances. They often need to come back to Canada temporarily and stay for a while. In some cases, the currency exchange rate, where their currency is divided by 200, puts a significant financial burden on them. Despite their efforts to save money, such as living in inexpensive basements or shared accommodations, the financial strain remains considerable. They also face challenges related to quality food and transportation expenses.
Our community is largely plagued by traditional networking and socialization norms. As I mentioned, the majority of our people are either in jobs or working as taxi or Uber drivers, with only a few engaged in business. Traditionally, when hosting newcomers or temporary visitors, we often fail to share the practical realities of life in Canada. Our social dilemma is rooted in a culture of ostentation (showiness), where distinguishing between lying and concealing facts is not seen as a moral crime.
Even individuals who have been living in Canada for over 25 years still consider themselves as immigrants. They don't take up the responsibility of guiding others and tend to utilize their leisure time inviting guests for food, which doesn't contribute to their well-being. We tend to count innocent about our inability to guide newcomers, without realizing that it's our collective responsibility to offer support.
Ideally, we need a structured arrangement that ensures our meetings are purposeful, and every individual is provided with the necessary assistance to become a responsible and trustworthy member of the society. In such an environment, every member can utilize their capabilities effectively. Human beings have limitless potential, and if we facilitate our people to work to their full potential, we can tap into their unlimited capacities.
It's worth noting that research suggests that 85% of people pass away without any physical illnesses, according to the American Medical Association. Graveyards are the most valuable lands because many brilliant minds have been buried without fully utilizing their potential.
I'm sharing these observations, recognizing that I may not be 100% correct, but it's essential to start somewhere to address these issues.

Sometimes, we, the human beings, need other people's support to recognize our potential and make use of it.
